Life...sometimes

I am a snake in the middle of the desert...

And stttttttrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeettttttcccch....
Never underestimate the importance of stretching after a nice-hard workout. Because right now, I am totally totally sore. Yesterday was chest, tris, bi's and abs...just a little abs though...I need to work my way back up...nonetheless, I am still sore. But it's good sore, so I guess I shouldn't complain so much. At least it's not like when I worked out after like a year and thought I had torn every ligament in my body. Speaking of ligaments, I'm begining to think that I may have strained or partially torn a ligament behind my knee...at first I thought it was a hamstring injury, so that just goes to show how much I know, ha ha ha. I have also begun to peel again...blech. I was wondering if the new skin underneath is lighter than the skin on top since the top layer was burnt. I dont' really notice the difference though...maybe a few more layers down...but I'd rather not try to find that out.

I recently thought of a new type of cardio exercise that I will market to fitness facilities all throughout the world...club aerobics. It would just involve a dj and the lights turned out w/ a disco ball and everyone gettin their groove on for an hour. The idea is so simple, yet so effective. I mean, you always see people sweatin it out on the dance floor...and if it weren't for all the alcoholic drinks, they wouldn't even be taking in any calories while gettin a good workout! Just imagine, people gettin freaky-deaky, dancin in big circles, conga-lining, doin line dances...jumpin up and down...it'd be great. Now, how do I go about spreading my idea?

Apples and Oranges
It amazes me how my friends and I differ sometimes. I was talking last night to V about future plans...and that if things didn't work out the way he's hoping they do, then he's gonna totally travel. Yeah, he totally has been bitten by the travel bug, as a lot of people I know have. And yes, I love traveling...but it's weird because I just don't really feel like traveling and venturing out so much anymore. I think I'd just settle for the nice little vacation for about a week somewhere nice and quiet..a beautiful setting and some good sun. I am also gravitating towards wanting to settle down and have a family in about 4 or 5 years. Mind you I have no other half yet, but that's just my mindset...I guess you could say I'm in the market? But the way some of my other friends talk, it seems as though none of them will be married for another 10 years or so. I'm not saying that one way of thinking is better than the other, just that it's different. Everyone's just on a different path, and I find that so intriguing. Let's see in 10 years who stuck to their plan and who improvised.
